Celebrating 12 Years with Evan

Please join us in celebrating teacher Evan’s 12-year anniversary at PMCCP!

Over the past 12 years, Evan has cared for and built relationships with so many children and families. Children adore him. They are drawn to his humor, his playful spirit, and his willingness to be silly right alongside them. For many families, Evan has been a memorable and much-loved part of their child’s years at PMCCP.

When we asked Evan to share a memory that has stayed with him, he recalled an unexpected evacuation to the Harbor Steps nearly a decade ago, when all of the classrooms came together: “I remember noticing how engaged, relaxed, and joyful the teachers and staff were amid an emergency. As we sang songs and made the moment fun and even a little silly, it showed me how special this place was—that even in the midst of possible chaos and unforeseen obstacles, the staff and teachers still created a trusting, enjoyable experience out of it!”

It feels especially fitting that Evan remembers the singing, the silliness, and the way everyone came together to care for the children. He has brought that same sense of fun and connection to our community throughout his years here.

Evan, we are so grateful for the care and joy you have shared with generations of PMCCP children. You are an important part of this community, and we hope you know how deeply appreciated you are.
